Cam girls are the future sex workers. They record live shows on adult chat websites where they charge clients for various services. Now they’re taking advantage of their clients by using innovative sex toys.
Cam girls who perform on websites like Chaturbate are always ahead of the technology curb, especially when it comes to sexy toys. Now they’re using toys that vibrate every time a customer gives them a tip online, according to Lux Alptraum of Motherboard.
“The more tips a cam girl receives, the more intensely her vibrator responds, meaning the more viewers are willing to pay, the hotter a show they’ll get. For Chaturbate cam girls, who spend most of their time hustling for tips in ‘free’ public rooms, this is a pretty easy way to ramp up income.”
That hasn’t stopped some from slamming the cam girls for coming up with this clever idea. Some bloggers have called it a scam, saying they’re tricking their customers to give them an orgasm in exchange for money. Meanwhile, others question the cam girls on how authentic their orgasms are.
So, how does it work? There are adult chat sites like MyFreeCams and Chaturbate that have a tipping system. Even popular adult camming sites like Streamate uses a tipping system in exchange for an adult show. Certain tip amounts must be met in order to keep the show going.
Then cam girls will use “teledildonics” devices such as the OhMiBod vibrator. It’s designed so that the chip set will respond to varying levels of noise. That means the cam girl can achieve orgasm to music or to the sound of a tip coming in. There are a wide variety of OhMiBod sex toys from G-spot stimulators, to pocket vibrators, and wearable vibrating panties. Some will respond to sounds differently, depending on if they work via Bluetooth, radio frequency, or if it’s hard-wired to the computer.

The business venture doesn’t appear to be something that has been in the works for a long time (the website was registered less than two weeks ago), which has me wondering if this wasn’t the product of Farrah’s newfound friendship with p0rn veteran Jenna Jameson in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
